Terms of use
Last updated [date]
Draft. This page is not in force until it has been reviewed by a lawyer.
You hold your own keys. Nobody here has custody of your money, and nobody can undo a transaction you sign.
This is software, not advice. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy any stock.
There is no outside audit yet. You can get back less than you put in.
Check your own law. You are responsible for knowing whether tokenised stocks are legal to buy where you live.
What DCA Vault is
DCA Vault is a set of smart contracts on Base, and this website, which is one way to use them. The contracts hold the USDC you deposit, lend it through a Morpho vault while it waits, and swap it for a tokenised stock on the schedule you set.
The website is run by [operator name]. The contracts run on their own and nobody can upgrade them.
Who can use it
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. You may not use this website from [restricted countries], or if you are on a sanctions list.
Your wallet and your keys
You connect your own wallet. Only you can start or stop a plan. We cannot move your deposit, change where your stock is sent, or recover a wallet you lose access to.
What can go wrong
The ways you can lose money are set out on the Risks page, which is part of these terms. By using the website you confirm you have read it.
Fees
The protocol fee is 0% at launch. It can only be taken from interest, never from your deposit, and the contract caps it at 10% of the interest. You pay the network's gas for the transactions you sign.
Others we rely on
The contracts use Base, USDC, Morpho, Chainlink and Aerodrome, and the stock tokens are issued by a third party. We do not control any of them and are not responsible for what they do.
No advice
Nothing on this website is financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. The contracts do not change.
