Stop a plan
One transaction, on any day. There is no fee and no notice period.
What comes back
- All of the USDC that has not been spent yet.
- The interest it earned that has not been spent yet.
The stock from earlier buys is already in your wallet and stays there. A plan stops as a whole: there is no partial stop.
Who can stop it
Only the wallet that started the plan. The keeper cannot, and the admin cannot.
When a stop has to wait
A stop takes your money out of the lending vault. If that market is fully lent out at that moment, it cannot pay the whole amount, and the stop fails until it can. Nothing else can hold a stop back: it does not depend on the price feed, on the keeper, or on deposits being open.
It cannot be paused. Stopping is not behind any switch the admin has, and the contracts cannot be upgraded to add one.
After the last buy
A plan that runs to its end needs no stop. The final buy spends everything that is left, and the plan closes by itself.
